Executive Hajj Package Includes:

  • Economy Class return Air Ticket on Saudi, Biman Bangladesh, or Flynas Airlines (*conditions apply).

  • Hotel accommodation in Madinah.

  • Hotel accommodation in Makkah.

  • Tent (Maktab) in Mina and Arafah

  • Daily Catering meals 

  • All meals during the hajj period in Mina and Arafah, except Muzdalifah (by the KSA Hajj management authority).

  • AC Bus Transportation Service: Madinah/Jeddah Airport – Madinah Hotel, Madinah Hotel – Makkah Hotel, Makkah Hotel – Mina – Arafah – Muzdalifah, Makkah Hotel – Jeddah Airport.

  • Hajj Visa Fee.

  • Health Insurance.

  • Meet & assist by the Saudi local authorities at Madinah/Jeddah Airport.

  • Ziyarah / Sightseeing tour in Madinah.

  • Ziyarah / Sightseeing tour in Makkah.

  • Room Service as per hotel/Apartment rules.

  • Dedicated Bengali Muallim/guide for the full period.

  • Workshop on Hajj (including Q & A session).

  • Regarding the preparation of all subjects of Hajj, weekly MCQ exams will be conducted and will start two months before traveling.

  • Hajj guide book in Bangla.

Executive Hajj Package Excludes:

  • Kurbani (dome shokor) is not included in the package price (Approx. SR 700-800/Per Person).

  • On 10 Zil Hajj no transportation will be provided from Muzdalifah to Jamarat to Makkah hotel and from Makkah hotel to Mina tent.

  • Extra return air ticket from Jeddah/Madinah to Dhaka (if needed) is not included in the package price, it is approx. 50,000/per person.

  • Any kinds of personal cost or others which are not mentioned above.

Executive Hajj Package Optional:

  • For A Tent/ VIP Tent (Maktab) TBA will be added on a per person basis.

  • For Special VIP Bus service (seat by seat) in hajj period (Mina + Muzdalifah + Arafah) TBA will be added on a per person basis.

  • Special requirements are also available with extra charges, such as TAKING SPECIAL ROOMS - Haram view, Kaba view, Suite Room, etc. / adding other mazarat or tours - Jeddah, Taif, Hudaibiyah, Wadi Jinn, Badar, etc.

Cancellation Policy:

The package is fully Non-refundable, Non-changeable, and non-transferable as per Saudi & Bangladesh Hajj package policies.

Executive Hajj Package Requirements:

  • Hajj pre-registration (TBA/Per Person/Refundable).

  • Scanned copy of NID for Adult and Birth Certificate for child.

  • Scanned copy of passport (minimum validity until 31 DEC 2026).

  • One Copy of a passport-size photograph.

  • Madinah: Hotel (Approx. 300 Mtr from Masjid Al Nabawi).

  • Makkah:  Hotel (Approx. 800 Mtr from Masjid Al Haram).

Deluxe Package:

  • Madinah: Hotel (Approx. 250 Mtr from Masjid Al Nabawi).

  • Makkah: Hotel (Approx. 300 Mtr from Masjid Al Haram).

Superior Package:

  • Madinah: Hotel (Approx. 200 Mtr from Masjid Al Nabawi).

  • Makkah: Hotel (500 Mtr from Masjid Al Haram).

Premium Package:
